What are your support hours?

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For urgent issues, we offer priority support to Pro subscribers with response times under 4 hours.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

You can upgrade to Pro from your dashboard. Click on "Settings" and then "Subscription" to view upgrade options. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. The upgrade is instant, and you'll get access to unlimited invoices immediately. You can also downgrade at any time with no penalties.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is stored securely and we never share it with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can download all your invoices as PDFs anytime. We believe your data belongs to you and should always be accessible.

Do you offer team/multi-user accounts?

Team accounts are coming soon! If you're interested in early access, please email us at hello@invoiceskit.com. We're currently developing features like role-based permissions, shared client databases, and collaborative invoice creation. Join our waiting list to be notified when team accounts launch.

How do I report a bug or technical issue?

If you encounter any technical problems, please email support@invoiceskit.com with a detailed description of the issue. Include information about what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which browser you're using. Screenshots are incredibly helpful! We prioritize bug fixes and typically resolve critical issues within 24-48 hours.

Can I request a new feature?

Absolutely! We love hearing from our users. Send your feature requests to hello@invoiceskit.com. We actively review all suggestions and often implement the most requested features. You can also vote on upcoming features in our roadmap (link sent via email newsletter). Many of our current features came directly from user feedback.

Do you provide training or onboarding help?

Yes! We offer comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, and a knowledge base to help you get started. Pro subscribers also get access to personalized onboarding sessions via email or video call. Our goal is to get you creating professional invoices within 5 minutes of signing up. If you need additional help, our support team is always available.
